Shepherd Confirmation Form

As a congregation, we take seriously the calling and responsibility of appointing elders to shepherd God’s people. The men who serve in this role must reflect the character and spiritual maturity described in 1 Timothy 3:1–7.

This form provides an opportunity for members to prayerfully confirm or share input regarding those being considered for the role of elder. Please take a few moments to reflect, pray, and submit your response with a spirit of unity and discernment.

Please submit all responses by Sunday, October 19th. The form will be closed after that date.

Each voting baptized member must use a separate form - please do not combine family votes on one form.
